We want you to love your purchase from The Proud Educator Collective. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

Because many of our products are made-to-order or customized, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Personalized or custom items

Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
