Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, conferences, holidays, or promotional events.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
Standard Shipping: $6.95
Free Shipping: Orders $50 and over
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, The Proud Educator Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
